And #3 is becoming more bossy and girly by the minute. Seriously 9 going on 22. Will just about only wear clothes that are pink. Afterall, it is her signature color. And is a kid that I love so much. She got to spend sometime with some school pals walking around the neighborhood this weekend. She came home and told us that it was the greatest day of her life. Sounds like we could be off the hook for Santa this year. :)
#4, well he is my buddy. He is reading like he's been doing it his whole life. His new passion is being the before supper helper. He LOVES to cook. I think the other kids enjoyed it when they were six also, but geez, it is hard to remember.
And then there is the SBW. I seriously want to gobble him up. He has cut a top tooth. Smiles more than humanly possible and is still not really eating any baby food or table food. Practically 8 months old and still nursing like a champ. Last night he slept until 3:45am, which was a long long time. Keep fingers crossed for a repeat tonight.
I'll try to post some pictures soon. I'll probably be outta blog land most of the week. We are going out of town to a funeral on Wednesday and Thursday. We are having a garage sale on Friday. And then Friday night is the big partay.
Our dear friend Stephanie lost her mom today. She'd been sick with Parkinson's Disease for quite sometime. We are all sad. This is the grandma of #1's oldest and closest friend. #1 has spent a good bit of time with the grandparents and has even stayed at their house before. Oh man. It stinks.
SBW is crying. Guess we didn't make it to 3:45 today. Oh well, I guess I'll just hafta pick him up, nurse him, hold him and love on him again. Darn the luck.

I'm so glad you wrote all this because I've been missing you like crazy - and it was *almost* like I got to catch up with you on the phone, but without the phone part. I miss you and I marvel at how much all those kids are growing! Have fun this weekend!
Steel Magnolias flashback! Blush and/or bashful?! :)
